The 1898 Waverly Inn, on the National Register of Historic Places, has been an operating lodging facility for over a century and now is offered for sale for the first time in over 23 years. Hendersonville and the mountains of western North Carolina have been a popular destination for as long as the inn has been in existence. Over time the bed & breakfast has been enlarged and modified to serve the changing needs of travelers and today has 15 guest rooms, each with private bath, plus ample and comfortable owner’s quarters comprising 2 bedrooms, a luxurious large bathroom, and living area.
