The treehouse lodging trend is here to stay and is growing rapidly.

You see it globally. In futuristic pods that appear to be hanging mid air to rustic mini log cabins right out of Disney’s Swiss Family Robinson. Why the popularity?

It is unique, fun and private. You may have wanted a treehouse as a kid, a place to hang out alone with your thoughts, away from everyday life. The kid in you can now fulfill that dream in a luxury treehouse with a likeminded partner. Up, up and away for a getaway under the stars.

Eureka Springs Arkansas has become a haven for treehouse lodging. People come to Eureka Springs for a variety of reasons. The town is known for their bold historic buildings. From Victorian painted ladies to stone cottages. Now add treehouses to that list.  Eureka Springs is also known for its diverse population. Arts, music, food and shops featuring Arkansas crafts create a vibrant downtown scene. A place to immerse yourself in a unique resort atmosphere.

Treehouse lodging fits right into the Eureka Springs vibe.

The Oak Crest Cottages & Treehouses is a 10 room property now offered for sale. With 3 treehouses, 3 stone cottages and 3 spacious suites, plus the Mountain Chalet. Set on 3 ¾ acres, a short drive from downtown Eureka Springs. All the lodging units at Oak Crest are spacious and offer fireplaces, TV’s, some with whirlpool tubs and kitchenettes and decks.

The property also includes a small chapel where intimate weddings take place. There is parking for up to 13. A great place for weddings and honeymoons!  Nesting in your own private treehouse! Eureka!

Separate detached owner’s house is a real plus.

A much sought after feature that buyers are increasingly seeking in their search.

Current innkeepers have personalized the 10 guest units to fit their visions and personalities. One thing The B&B Team wants all new innkeepers to know is; what is already present CAN be changed. Think of a property as a wonderful canvas on which to paint your visons.

The Oak Crest Cottages & Treehouses has a solid business but is wide open for growth.

Take advantage of the treehouse lodging trend in Arkansas’s hottest hospitality market. The treehouse lodging trend is here to stay.
