The Ticonderoga Room, one of two newer created public rooms, has a tavern style bar with comfortable seating areas perfect for gatherings and events for up to 50 people. The Tavern carries local bottled beer plus a wine and cocktail list. The Inn has a full liquor license and restaurant license. New owners may wish to increase the food and beverage business (lodging too!) through additional weddings, groups, retreats and gatherings!

Adjacent and connecting to this room is the Saratoga Room, another great space for meetings and workshops. Highlights of this room include, large windows that provide excellent natural lighting and spectacular views of the Adirondack Mountains. Guests can also step-out into the connecting fenced-in bluestone courtyard with gazebo, a perfect spot for guests to enjoy the Inn’s grounds and the mountain vistas. In addition the innkeepers have created walking trails on the rear forested acreage. On the property there is a charming small cottage used for garden equipment and another out building for bicycle storage. The owners also have the advantage of a two car garage with convenient inside access to the kitchen, pantry and owners office.

The historic main house and Rabbit Ridge Country House guest rooms and suites feature a variety of amenities, including whirlpool tubs, fireplaces, private balconies or patios, wide plank pine floors and post and beam ceilings. The owner’s quarters is a one bedroom, one bath apartment on the second floor of the main house. The open floor plan includes a living room, efficiency kitchen and dining area.
