After owning and operating The Lafayette Inn, an 18 guest room Select Registry inn located in Easton, PA., the Bushnell’s sold the inn in 2005 and moved to Ocean City, MD., but could not leave the B & B industry they love. She and Scott (deceased) moved to Oakland, MD. Dana Moos, working out of our Maine office, joined The B&B Team in 2012. In 2004, Dana and her husband, Greg, left their Washington, DC area corporate jobs to enjoy the Maine way of life as innkeepers and purchased the Kingsleigh Inn near Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. After growing the business, they decided to seek out the “next inn,” whether larger, closer to the water or waterfront they weren’t sure, but they figured they’d know when they saw it. While the inn was on the market, she began to list inns and bed and breakfasts for sale. Dana’s combined 24 years of commercial real estate experience, cooking, innkeeping, graphic design, social media, and photography have led her to inn brokerage to share her passion, expertise and experience in operating and enjoying today’s successful inns.
Eliot Dalton has offices in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, and in Geneva, New York. Operating as The B&B Team® / Eliot Dalton, he has specialized in helping clients buy and sell unique lodging properties since 2005. A former owner of a full-service inn in New York State, Eliot brought 15 years of Innkeeping experience to his real estate practice. His goal is to educate and guide clients while representing them. Eliot values his long-term relationships with innkeepers and contributes his time and expertise to industry associations.
Linda Hayes is the operational consulting guru of The B&B Team®. Linda and her husband, Lynn, built the Inn at Riverbend in Pearisburg, VA from the ground up with a vision that was clear and proved immensely successful. Since selling their inn and restaurant a few years ago, Linda has remained involved with the Innkeeping industry as a frequent speaker at state and national conferences and now an AIHP Board Member but especially by consulting for innkeepers around the country.
