There are 11 cottages being rented but they’re licensed for 13. Guests can start each day as early or as late as they’d like. With full kitchens (with 2 or 4 burner cooktops) guests can create their own meals and snacks at their leisure. There are currently 2 cottages that are in need of a bit of renovation but are being used for coin operated laundry and bike storage for guests. While these are nice to offer, the cottages would offer room to grow the revenue. And it would be possible to relocate the laundry and bike storage. The lot is just less than 2 3/4 acres.
The owner’s quarters consist of a gorgeous, two story 2100 sf home built in 1999 with 2 very large bedrooms, luxury baths with granite and an oversized soaking tub, hardwood floors, large living room, den, beautiful kitchen with cherry cabinets, dining room, new enclosed porch and more.
