Some recent improvements to the guest rooms have added to the overall appearance and guest experience. Many of the guest rooms and suites have new hardwood floors and wood paneled ceilings. Many of the bathrooms have been refitted with tiled showers and updated fixtures. A freshened décor and bedding is another recent improvement.

The Labrador Lounge & Tavern is a wonderful addition to the Inn’s friendly atmosphere. The large open space boasts comfortable sofas; multiple TV’s including a big screen, pool table, video games, board games…and views!!! Plus a circular gas fireplace with surround seating. The tavern is open to Inn guests only serving beer and wine, but could be opened to the public if so desired by new owners. The Inn is also licensed for 49 guests and up to 60 for dining should new Innkeepers look to more fully expand the business.
