The B&B sits on 8.21 acres that includes the main farmhouse that consists of 7 guest rooms and the owners quarters, and a separate totally updated  Cottage for overnight guests.  There is a working stone barn with 10 horse stalls and 2 paddocks, a tack room, workshop, garage, hay storage, equipment storage, trailer parking, and a chicken coop nearby.  A  blacktopped area (formally a tennis court) is tented for events and there is a fenced pasture area for horses.  The Inn also owns 2.32 acres of land directly across the street that serves as part of the event and parking areas.  This property sits on the pond and has a labyrinth  and is quite attractive, adding to the ambience of the property. Also included on the property is a solar panel system for hot water, a generator for 80% of power backup.
