The Inn is situated in a quiet waterfront cove off the Chesapeake Bay, but within an hours drive of the Historic Triangle of Yorktown, Williamsburg and Jamestown.

Owners quarters are part of the third building that is separate from the Main Inn building.  This consists of an open floor concept with loft bedroom and a second bedroom on the first level (which could be used as an office).  There is also a kitchen and laundry on the main floor, with a fenced in area.
