Greenwoods B&B was built in 1990. Within the 5,700 square foot log Inn are 3 spacious guest rooms and 2 guest suites in a variety of styles, all furnished with queen-sized beds and private baths. Ample guest common areas, furnished in a rustic contemporary style, include a living room with a fireplace and cathedral ceiling and a sunny breakfast room on the main floor. Two third-floor common rooms, the library loft and the viewing loft (named for the panoramic views of Honeoye Valley) overlook the living room. Porches and decks provide plenty of outdoor seating. Other guest amenities include an all-season outdoor spa and a butler’s pantry.
The Finger Lakes Bed and Breakfast was designed to provide real comfort and privacy for the owners. The three-level, 2000 square foot owners’ wing is entirely separate from guest spaces. It includes a master bedroom and bathroom, a fabulous gourmet kitchen, private dining room, a powder room, a large office, a second bedroom and bathroom plus a powder room. There is also a two-car garage.
