Grape Arbor Bed and Breakfast
Historic 8 Room B&B on the Chautauqua-Lake Erie Wine Trail
Grape Arbor Bed and Breakfast is located in North East, PA, an historic town on the south shore of Lake Erie. Centrally located along the Chautauqua-Lake Erie Wine Trail, the Inn is within minutes of dozens of vineyards and wineries, Lake Erie beaches, fishing, boating, and dining. Part of the scenic Great Lakes Seaway Trail, North East is a tourism “crossroads”, attracting travelers and tourists with diverse interests.
Two historic mansions occupy beautifully landscaped adjoining lots with ample parking, lawns and garden areas between them. The Bester House, constructed in 1832, has three guest rooms, one guest suite, two guest living rooms, a formal dining room, a sun porch, the kitchen, an office and the owner’s suite. The Hampson House has four large guest suites. Grape Arbor B&B is within walking distance of several restaurants and within an easy driving distance to many more.
Wine tourism is growing and is strongly promoted by both Pennsylvania and New York State. The 7600 square foot Inn, with 8 guest rooms, is large enough to support new owners working together, yet manageable enough to allow one partner to work outside of the Inn. The Inn is offered at a very reasonable price by a very motivated owner.
