As bed and breakfasts go, Halsey House boasts very spacious and comfortable owner’s quarters on the second floor and additional space currently serving as a “parrot house” (ask, you’ll be amazed!). It is not hard to see a new owner moving their bedroom into the current sitting room upstairs and converting the parrot room to a spacious living/family room, making it quarters of above-average size.
