Hilltop Manor Bed and Breakfast is a five guest room B&B located on the edge of Hot Springs, Arkansas. The Arts & Crafts / Craftsman style building boasts bold stonework, classic Arts & Crafts lines and a stunning and graceful inverted bow curve roofline on the dormers. A simulated Spanish tile metal roof further adds to the authentic and dramatic character of the house.
A member of Select Registry, the B&B’s five guest rooms all have luxurious bathrooms with abundant tile, many with large walk-in showers and/or whirlpools for two. Some rooms have stone fireplaces, and all are comfortably appointed. There is an emphasis on luxury with 1000 thread count sheets, large flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges and microwaves, and iPod clock radios. With only one exception, the guest rooms are well above average size, offering guests an upscale experience.
In the bed & breakfast of approximately 7,400 square feet, there are large common areas including a large dining room that can be configured for events, expansive porches and patios, and public restrooms. The inviting grounds of 5.25 acres offer a blend of lawns, gardens with water features, and historic stonework. There is a recently constructed three bay garage that affords excellent storage and flexibility for vehicles and equipment. As a bonus, there is adequate space and preliminary plans for a separate owner’s residence on the grounds should someone choose to elect that option. All of this is conveniently located in a country setting on a major road leading into downtown Hot Springs. Average daily rates are very high, reflecting the large amount of packaging and bundling that the owners offer. Weddings and events are heavily marketed and successfully delivered.
Hilltop Manor also boasts excellent owner’s quarters with three bedrooms, a large living room, two offices, and a huge bath.
In short, Hilltop Manor Bed and Breakfast is a small but well-run high-end Inn that generates superior revenues on a base of solid occupancy. Hot Springs is a town rich in history that offers a wide range of cultural activities including the historic hot springs and baths, fine dining, museums, art galleries, outdoor activities in the National Park, and even horse racing and gambling.
With an excellent business and a desirable lifestyle, Hilltop Manor was offered for $995,000 and sold in 2012. For details, please contact The B&B Team at 877-957-2360 or email us here.
