At present, these rooms are not utilized and are just part of the owner’s private space. The owner’s quarters (in addition to the formal living room and dining rooms) offers a spacious den, newly renovated kitchen, an upstairs bedroom with full bath and first floor bedroom with half bath. With town approval, the front parlor and formal dining room would make a great little cafe space with direct access from the original front entry. Open seasonally, but 8 units can remain open all winter (the 9 cottages are closed down and drained).  There’s a small putting green on the property, a beautiful 8 person hot tub in the sunroom and a deck with tables for guests to enjoy when they’re not out exploring the island and beyond.
