The Inn’s six guestrooms and three suites are all artfully designed and feature Montana made comforters, Coyuchi organic linens, locally crafted soaps and, and other amenities not found in the average 9 room Bed and Breakfast. Common rooms at the Inn are equally impressive and include a striking great room with cathedral ceilings, wood burning stove, a wall of picture windows and ample seating for guests of the Inn. Current owners invested heavily in bringing the Inn’s commercially licensed kitchen up several tiers and this space is exceptional in every way and offers functional space for owners, including a small office space tucked in the corner for easy access to booking information during ongoing food preparation at the Inn. A guest bar is famous among guests for its stocked cookie jars, complimentary beverages, water filling station, and striking Montana crafted furniture. This space leads onto the Inn’s deck, hot tub, and back yard with perennial plantings and, in the other direction, takes guests to a private library with guest television and books of local and state interest. A lounge area with rocking chairs, guest computer station, and stone wood burning fireplace lead to a hallway that contains the majority of the Inn’s guestrooms.

The Inn featured beatifully landscaped and irrigated grounds with several seating areas surrounding the property. This space include a 6 person hot tub, expansive edible garden, yard games, fire pit and Whitefish Mountain Resort views. Throughout the lodge you will find local Montana artwork, beautiful handmade furnishings and hardware. You will also find an upgraded WI-Fi network, guest laundry, along with an 11 vehicle parking lot with security lift gate system recently installed to service guests.

The owner’s quarters are a spectacular contrast to the living conditions experienced by many operators in our industry. This two bedroom apartment features an open concept living area with cathedral ceiling and exposed beams, picture windows, a well designed chef’s kitchen, and large primary suite with a deck looking over the Inn’s gardens and the Big Mountains beyond and a bathroom with a rain shower and soaking tub. This area can be accessed through the Inn’s two bay garage (via the Inn’s laundry room) or by private entrance on the side of the Inn. A “secret door” also leads into one of the Inn’s first floor suites which offers the opportunity to host friends and family within reach of the owner’s quarters, or potentially to offer the owner’s quarters as a rentable unit.
