The B&B Team, Inn Consultants LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Eden Vale Inn in Placerville, California.

Peter and Rick had performed a Marketability Assessment and Valuation on this high end 7+ guest room bed & breakfast on 10 acres. Eden Vale is a AAA Four Diamond luxury property with amenities above and beyond even some of the finest inns.

Seminar graduates David and Karen Browning were looking for a California property. After introducing them to Eden Vale, they determined that it was right for them.

The Monkey Tree Hotel, a 16 room boutique hotel has sold. Eliot Dalton, affiliate of The B&B Team™, was consultant to the buyers, Gary & Kathy Friedle. The Friedles purchased this unique mid-century property and restored it to its original design, incorporating all the amenities today’s guests love, including a new Scandinavian-style spa.  The Monkey Tree Hotel is close to the San Jacinto mountains, Joshua Tree National Park and, of course, all the delights of Palm Springs.
