The one-day comprehensive workshops include instruction, workbooks, lunch, and a follow-up personalized consultation for $125.00 for one person or $175.00 for two.
This one-day comprehensive workshop will have a special focus on Food & Beverage Service. Instruction, workbooks, lunch, and a personalized consultation is included in the fee. In this fast-paced Saturday program, we will cover all the essential topics of “starting a bed and breakfast” and explore how inns integrate dining and/or pub service into their operations.
At the class conclusion, we will schedule follow-up consultations for those who wish.
Attendees for the one-day comprehensive workshops should plan on being at the host inn or class site by 8:00 AM on Saturday. We will start at 8:30 AM and run until 5:30 PM. Join us for dinner on Friday or Saturday (not included in registration fee) as a casual way to get to know one another better.

Workshop Location: The Inn at Turkey Hill, Bloomsburg, PA
Attendees are encouraged to spend a night at our host inn, but this is not required. Please call the inn rather than attempting to book online and advise the innkeeper that you are part of the workshop.
Fees: $125.00 for one person or $175.00 with an additional person
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations received with 21 or more days’ notice before the seminar will receive a full refund less a $25.00 cancellation service fee. Any cancellation within 21 days prior to the seminar will receive full credit for a future seminar. Lodging cancellations will be governed by the Inn’s cancellation policy.
Seminar participation is limited to ensure the appropriate level of personalized service you expect and deserve. Seminar registration is on a first come – first served basis and, should the seminar be full, we will advise you immediately and place you on a priority waitlist.
