The B&B Team is pleased to announce that Buyer Clients, Christopher and Deanna Boettcher, have purchased Mar Vista Farm and Cabins in Mendocino County, CA. The Mendocino California Farm and Cabins property sits on several acres with views of the Pacific and has 12 cottages, a “Glass House” for celebratory meals and events, and a working farm with chickens and goats.
In the Year of Covid 19, this was a particularly challenging transaction. The buyers, who have a wealth of hospitality and retail experience, went to over 30 banks to find one willing to lend in this environment. It is a testament to the Boettcher’s determination that this transfer occurred.
