The two-story Grand Central Hotel retains its vintage exterior façade. The L-shaped 1995 brick addition shelters the outdoor dining terrace on three sides. Most of the guest rooms are located in the addition, apart from the restaurant area. The guest rooms are “branded” – named for historic ranches – and have tasteful interior finishes that reflect local history.

Two dining rooms, a pub, two meeting rooms, and a large commercial kitchen, as well as restrooms and an office are on the first floor of the Hotel.
